October 5, 2016 Parents/Guardians, Flu season is upon us and it is important that we work together to keep our children and families healthy. Montross Pharmacy and Madison County Public Health have offered their services to provide the Second Annual School Conference Flu Shot Clinic at the Earlham Community School. The flu shot clinic will be held Thursday, October 13, from 5:45 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the school commons. STUDENTS MUST HAVE A PARENT/GUARDIAN PRESENT AND MUST BE AT LEAST 6 YEARS OLD TO RECEIVE THE FLU SHOT. Please bring your insurance card. Adults without insurance must pay $20 per shot. Children enrolled in Medicaid, are uninsured or underinsured (have insurance but does not cover vaccines), or children who are American Indian or Alaskan Native would qualify for a FREE flu shot. Please call if you have any questions. Thank you, Monica Tibben, BSN, RN, School Nurse |
