IHSSA District Speech Contest

On Saturday, February 23rd, 4 Earlham High School students competed in the IHSSA District Speech Contest at Adel High School. Students receiving a division I rating will move on to the State Contest in two weeks at Nevada High School. Rachel Blanchard - After Dinner & Public Address, Sarah Smith - Poetry & Literary Program, Brenna Rice - Radio News, Jordan Pohlman - Original Oratory will all move on to the state contest. Brenna and Jordan also performed and received II ratings in After Dinner & Solo Musical Theater. These student will venture to Anita for the 36th annual Walnut Hill Classic Speech contest this Saturday the 2nd and then perform again at the state contest on March 9th in Nevada.
