Duties will include setting a theme, purchasing and decorating for the actual dance, acting as chaperones at the dance, and cleaning up after the dance. Additional duties include making all arrangements for renting a facility, designing and tracking ticket sales and hiring a DJ/live band and coordinating snacks for the dance.
