School Board to attend Orientation Workshop

The new members of the Earlham School Board will be attending a workshop presentated by the Iowa Association of School Boards on October 5th in Creston. The workshop will be held at the District Office in Creston.

The board members will learn about their role as a board member in the areas of policy, advocacy, finance, leadership, community relations and more. Using the Standards for Effective School Boards, the IASB Board Development team will lead the interactive sessions.
